Individual Art Therapy
Many Moons offers individual art therapy in 45, 60, and 90-minute sessions. Within individual sessions, the arts are used in versatile and responsive ways to support the unique needs of each client. In some sessions, art may be used as the driving force to promote self-expression and reflection. At other times, it may simply offer a calming activity to engage in while we talk. Art therapy is designed to be fluid and accessible to everyone with no previous arts experience or skills necessary! Our approach is person-centered and we strive to uphold the autonomy and dignity of every individual client.

Group Art Therapy Program
Many Moons offers a strengths-based, art-centered, and peer-supported space for kids and teens. Different from individual and family work, our groups are more structured, directive, and oriented to collective growth and belonging. Our group therapy is rooted in building self-regulation and advocacy strategies through creative expression. In finding ourselves through the acts of witnessing each other, we feel seen in community– supported healing as a collective process. Group therapy can be a complementary addition to individual and family therapies, occupational and speech/language services and school-based supports.

Clinical Supervision & Professional Development
Many Moons offers individual and group consulting and supervision to people in any stage of their career journeys, with different themes and intentions for professional support. This can take the form of career planning, business-building, case consulting, clinical skill building, and general mentorship.
Most major insurances will cover psychotherapy services. We believe in accessibility of healthcare and individuals without insurance can use a sliding fee scale to establish an affordable rate.
